I had been seeing a dentist from a large dental group that recently moved its offices to Fishers. I was having issues with a couple of crowns they did for me and they were unable to solve the problem and recommended I make an appointment for a root canal. I was shocked that I needed a root canal. I made an appointment with Dr. Shoup and after my first examination, we discovered that my previous dentist installed my crown over a cavity and that is what was causing all of the problems. My personal experience has been that my previous large dental office was more focused on getting people in and out and not focusing on the actual quality of care. I have found that Dr. Shoup and his staff provide the personal care and attention that me and my family deserve.

Dr. Shoup put my past dentists to shame! This is the first time I have ever walked away from a dental experience having learned something and knowing with confidence that I would return. He gave me answers to questions that I have had for many years and found problems that past dentists had created. Taking care of teeth is important but getting the proper care for your teeth is even more important. Dr. Shoup will not disappoint! The devotion to quality services is obvious!

My initial visit to Dr. Shoup’s office was just for a second opinion. The courtesy and honesty from Dr. Shoup and his staff is what impressed me the most. They helped me set a priority plan for the dental work I needed to adhere to my financial needs. I may have went into his office for a second opinion but I didn’t need a second thought to decide to have my dental work done by Dr. Shoup and his staff.

The entire staff at Dr. Shoup’s dental office is extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Shoup is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I am confident that I am receiving the best possible consultation and service in central Indiana.
